High Point in Bradford, completed in 1972, rises above the city centre with its crisp white concrete and rhythmic verticals. Designed by John Brunton of Abbey Hanson Rowe, it was originally built for the Yorkshire Building Society and has since become one of Bradford’s most recognisable post-war landmarks. Its name feels apt—it remains a defining feature of the skyline.

This model focuses on its clean, vertical rhythm. The strong lines and repeating bays had to feel precise at a smaller scale, while keeping the sense of height and lightness.
