Designed by Richard Seifert, its faceted concrete form and rhythmic pattern of angled bays give it a sculptural presence that has made it both a local landmark and a national icon of post-war architecture.

This model captures its unusual geometry. The tower’s chamfered edges and repeating facets were carefully reduced to miniature scale to preserve the rhythm that makes it so instantly recognisable. Getting the proportions right meant working through several versions until it felt true.

A small cast of a tower that remains Croydon’s concrete icon.

Features
• Solid cast concrete, individually hand-poured
• 8cm high, 5cm wide, 5cm deep (approx)
• Laser-etched cork base with building name
• Comes gift-boxed for the perfect concrete gift
• Designed, modelled, and finished in the UK

Made for those who grew up with it on the horizon, commuted past it daily, or simply admire Seifert’s unmistakable mark on London’s skyline.

This model is a reminder of how bold design can turn an office tower into something unforgettable.

15% off when you order two or more models

EU customers: please order via my Etsy shop due to customs regulations

Building Information

Location: Croydon, South London, UK
Architect: Richard Seifert & Partners
Completed: 1970
Status: Office use

Brief Overview:
The NLA Tower (No. 1 Croydon) is a 24-storey commercial high-rise designed by Richard Seifert.
