Its crisp white form, circular shaft, and flared crown gave it a futuristic profile that still dominates the skyline. Both a commercial tower and a public place, it stands as one of Australia’s most important modernist landmarks.

This model captures its pure geometry. The slender octagonal tower, the rhythm of its vertical lines, and the elegant proportions were carefully refined to keep the miniature true to its sculptural clarity. I wanted the cast to hold the same sense of balance and ambition that defines the original.

A small cast of one of Sydney’s most iconic high-rises.

Features
• Solid cast concrete, individually hand-poured
• 9.5cm high, 3.5cm wide, 3cm deep (approx)
• Laser-etched cork base with building name
• Comes gift-boxed for the perfect concrete gift
• Designed, modelled, and finished in the UK

Made for those who live with it on the horizon, worked within its walls, or admire Seidler’s vision for modern Australian architecture. This model is a keepsake of a tower that brought international attention to Sydney’s skyline.

15% off when you order two or more models

EU customers: please order via my Etsy shop due to customs regulations

Building Information

Location: Sydney, New South Wales, Australia
Architect: Harry Seidler & Associates
Completed: 1977
Status: Still in use, office tower and retail centre

Brief Overview:
The MLC Centre was designed by Austrian-born Australian architect Harry Seidler.
