Commission a Custom Model

COMMISSION A CUSTOM MODEL

One-off pieces made with care, precision, and a genuine love for architecture.

I make one-off models and reliefs by hand. Every commission is approached with the same focus I give to my own collection pieces — balancing research, detail and feeling.
This page explains exactly how a commission works, what it costs, and how long it will take. If it feels right, you can start your commission at the end.

Is this for you?

A good fit if you want

-A bespoke, one-off miniature or relief made by hand

-Clear stages, clear costs, and realistic timescales

-Faithful architectural detail

-A maker who cares about the story behind your building

Probably not a fit if you want

-A quick gift this week

-A low budget

-Unlimited changes or open-ended exploration

Minimums and lead times

- Project minimum: £800

-Typical lead time: 6 to 8 weeks, depending on complexity and studio schedule

Every commissioned model is an opportunity to turn a building that's special to you into something lasting.

Made with care, precision, and an architect’s eye, your piece will be designed with accuracy, made slowly, and built to last.

You'll end up with a unique architectural piece made to museum quality that carries the spirit of its building.

FAQ

Can you work from limited photos?
Yes, though more research time may be needed. I will tell you when that is the case.

Can you meet a hard deadline?
If I have studio capacity and the build allows it. Overnight cures cannot be skipped.

Can you make multiple copies?
Yes. After the first cast, extra copies are priced based on the number of units needed.

Do you do colour?
Yes, on request. I normally work in natural concrete, but single colours are possible at extra cost.

Do you accept rush fees?
Only if quality is not at risk. I will be honest about feasibility.
