Returns and Refunds

I want you to feel happy and confident when ordering from Spaceplay. If something isn’t right with your order, please email me at hello@space-play.co.uk and I’ll do my best to help.

Change of mind returns

If you would like to return an item, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order.

After contacting me, you then have a further 14 days to send the item back.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it: unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Please include your order number or proof of purchase when you contact me.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage. I recommend using a tracked postal service, as I can’t issue a refund for items that are lost on their way back to me.

Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items

Please check your order when it arrives.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or you have received the wrong item, email me as soon as possible at hello@space-play.co.uk with your order number and photographs of the issue.

I’ll review what has happened and arrange the best way to put it right.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please email me first at hello@space-play.co.uk.

You can exchange for free at any time before your order has been shipped.

Items recieved must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging before a replacement can be sent. If the replacement item is made to order, it may need to be made especially for you before it can be shipped.

Refunds

Once I’ve received and inspected your return, I’ll email you to confirm whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be sent back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember that your bank, card provider, or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact me at hello@space-play.co.uk.

Your legal rights

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

For online orders, customers in the UK and European Union usually have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of receiving it, then a further 14 days to return the item.

If an item is faulty, damaged, not as described, or incorrect, please contact me so I can resolve the issue.
