All models are made to order, which means your piece is made especially for you after your order is placed.

Standard shipping

Standard orders are made and shipped within 30 days.

Once your order has been posted, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details. Please check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see this email in your inbox.

UK delivery

UK orders are sent using a tracked Royal Mail service.

Once posted, UK orders usually arrive within 3 working days.

International delivery

International orders are sent using a tracked postal service.

Once posted, international orders usually arrive within 8 working days, although delivery times can vary depending on the destination country, customs processing, and local postal services.

Express UK shipping

If you need your order sooner, UK customers can select Express Shipping at checkout for an additional cost.

Express orders are made and shipped within 8 days.

If you need your order for a specific date, please email me after placing your order. I’ll always do my best to help, but delivery by a specific date can not be guaranteed.

If your order has not arrived

If your parcel has not arrived after the expected delivery period, please email me with your order number and I’ll look into it for you using the tracking information.

Lost parcels will be replaced free of charge.

Returned parcels

If a parcel is returned because the delivery address was incorrect, incomplete, or the parcel was not collected, additional postage costs will apply before the order can be sent again.
