All orders are sent using a tracked postal service, and you’ll receive tracking details once your model has been posted.

UK orders usually arrive within 3 working days after posting. International orders usually arrive within 8 working days after posting, although customs and local postal services can sometimes cause delays.

If you need your order for a specific date, please let me know before ordering and I’ll do my best to help.

Returns

You can return unused and undamaged items within 30 days of delivery for a refund, excluding return postage costs.

If your model arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please email me within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. I’ll arrange a free replacement to be made and posted to you.

Brief Overview:
Originally built for Koospol, the building became one of Prague’s most distinctive Brutalist office forms: an upper administrative block lifted above a lower base, with an integrated system of ramps, terraces and bridges that choreographs movement around the site. After later refurbishment and rebranding as The CUBE, it has remained in continual use, and is often cited as a standout example of Prague’s late modern architecture.

Making my concrete model

Koospol Building, Prague

Prague is more than its old town, and this building proves it. The Koospol Building miniature concrete model captures the 1977 office building on Evropská in Prague 6, designed by Stanislav Franc, Vladimír Fencl and Jan Nováček. An upper administrative block lifts above a lower base, with ramps, terraces and bridges steering movement around it. Refurbished and renamed The CUBE, it's still one of the city's standout pieces of Czech Brutalism. This concrete model of the Koospol Building captures that raised, floating mass at 10cm, a concrete sculpture for a desk, shelf or studio table. It's made for architects, Prague explorers and anyone drawn to the best of socialist-era Brutalist architecture. It's a considered gift for someone who knows Prague well. Each piece is hand-cast in solid concrete.
