The postwar library was built to be a landmark: big, solid, full of light and shadow. This collection gathers my concrete models of Brutalist libraries, with risograph prints and a relief of the ones I couldn't leave alone. You will find the University of Glasgow Library, the Arts and Social Sciences Library at Bristol, UEA Library in Norwich, Robarts Library at the University of Toronto and Birmingham Central Library, John Madin's landmark demolished in 2016. They suit a librarian, a graduate who spent finals in one of these buildings, or an architecture fan with shelves to fill. A miniature library on a bookshelf is a good joke and a better gift. Everything is hand-cast in Birmingham. Models take about 30 days; prints are posted within 14.
