Brief Overview: Moore Street Substation is an electrical substation in Sheffield designed by architect Bryan Jefferson of Jefferson Sheard. It was completed in 1968, and when awarded Grade II Listed status by English Heritage in 2013 they described it as a "massive and uncompromising bunker which by its plainness and fully-displayed structure expresses a highly appropriate impression of enormous energy confined and controlled within."
