Brief Overview:
High Point is an 8-storey modernist building in Bradford city centre, originally built as the Yorkshire Building Society headquarters. High Point, Bradford

The High Point miniature concrete model is made for people who know Bradford beyond its reputation. John Brunton and Abbey Hanson Rowe completed the former Yorkshire Building Society headquarters in 1972. Its white concrete façade and heavy, top-weighted bays make it one of the most striking buildings in West Yorkshire, and it has since been converted into flats. This concrete model of High Point captures that bold, sculpted front at 5.5cm, a small piece of concrete art for a desk or shelf. It's for Bradfordians, people who once worked or saved there, architects and anyone who loves Brutalist architecture that isn't afraid to look monumental. It makes a proud Bradford gift. Hand-cast in solid concrete, each miniature concrete building carries its own marks.
