Status: Category B Listed
Brief Overview: Dingleton Boilerhouse by architect Peter Womersley was completed in 1977 and originally served a nearby but now defunct psychiatric hospital.  Having been derelict for a time, it was awarded Listing Status in 2008, along with other examples of Womersley's work.  Studio DuB, based in Edinburgh have won Planning Permission to convert the derelict Boilerhouse into 5 apartments- a sympathetic scheme that retains  the buildings striking industrial features.
