Brief Overview:

Its Brutalist design is defined by deep concrete ribs, strong horizontal lines, and a functional honesty that has made it a quiet but enduring presence in the city’s architectural landscape.

Prince Street Car Park, Bristol

If you've parked by the harbourside, you've probably walked past this without a second look. The Prince Street Car Park miniature concrete model gives Kenneth Wakeford, Jarram & Harris's 1966 car park the attention it deserves. Its deep concrete ribs, strong horizontal lines and functional honesty make it one of the quiet heroes of Bristol Brutalism. This concrete model of Prince Street Car Park brings those ribs forward at 7cm, a small piece of concrete art for a desk or shelf. It's made for Bristol locals, photographers who love concrete texture, architects and collectors of overlooked Brutalist architecture, and it's an understated Bristol gift. It pairs with the Castlemead Tower model. Each piece is hand-cast in solid concrete, with its own weight and marks.
